FoodSHIFT 2030 – Webinar Farm to Fork strategy, 30 May, online

Right at the start of the EU Green Week, FoodSHIFT 2030’s next webinar will discuss why we need the EU Farm to Fork strategy. During these difficult times with the war in Ukraine, energy prices are soaring, as is the cost of living. There have been panicked calls for more intensive farming and a scaling back of green ambitions which are threatening our food system, and a fairer, greener and healthier Europe.

During this webinar, our Policy Associate Manager, Silvia Schmidt, will highlight the importance of the EU Farm to Fork Strategy to achieve the EU Green Deal’s ambitions and our goal for resilient food systems – now and in the future. Other speakers include Vicki Hird, Head of Sustainable Farming at Sustain, and Christian Bugge Henriksen, the coordinator of FoodSHIFT 2030.

Register now and join the webinar on 30 May at 11:00 CEST.
