As the majority of the world’s population live in cities (reaching 65% in 2050), it is crucial to shift towards a healthy and sustainable urban and pre-urban agriculture to ensure good-quality and eco-friendly food to urban citizens.

In this aim, FoodSHIFT2030’s upcoming public webinar will explore concrete implementation of sustainable, innovative and educational city food systems, and how they face crisis such climate change and Covid19.

The webinar will travel to FoodSHIFT2030 Labs of Avignon (France), Barcelona (Spain), and Copenhagen (Denmark), as well as to Singapore to discover projects led by the Edible Garden City company.

The public webinar will be held on 21 January from 12:00-13.30 CEST.
