Nordic Organic Expo takes root in Malmö 2025
Recognised as the Nordic region’s leading trade fair for organic and sustainable products, Nordic Organic Expo is set to grow in both size and significance in 2025. Organised by Easyfairs, the event will now be held annually at Malmömässan in Sweden – establishing a permanent home in a city known for its commitment to sustainability, innovation and international accessibility.
Since its launch in 2012, Nordic Organic Expo has served as a key meeting place for producers, growers, retailers, chefs, policymakers and sustainability pioneers – all working toward the shared goal of creating a more conscious and environmentally responsible future. As consumer demand for organic and natural products continues to rise across the Nordic region and beyond, the event’s relevance has never been greater. This year’s edition will take place on 19-20 November 2025 at Malmömässan, Sweden.
Trends of tomorrow
With a strong focus on knowledge exchange and forward-thinking dialogue, Nordic Organic Expo 2025 will feature two main stages hosting expert talks, trend insights and deep dives into the latest developments in organic food, health and sustainable living. This year’s program will explore how innovation is reshaping the way we eat, live and care for ourselves – and provide a glimpse into what’s coming next in the world of organic and eco-friendly solutions.
Guiding the conversations on stage will be two well-known Swedish profiles: Olympic medalist Therese Alshammar and culinary chef Lisa Lemke. With their combined expertise in health, food and beauty, they will lead the audience through the program – moderating key sessions and engaging with some of the most influential voices in the industry.
A ”smörgåsbord” of exhibitors
Hundreds of exhibitors from across Sweden, the Nordic region and Europe will be present – ranging from well-known brands to innovative startups – offering visitors the chance to discover the latest in organic food and drink, natural beauty, sustainable household products, health and wellness and more.
“Moving the event permanently to Malmö was a natural choice for us. With its close ties to continental Europe, commitment to sustainability and fantastic transport connections, it allows us to make Nordic Organic Expo even more accessible and open up new international opportunities,” says Sofia Johansson, project manager for Nordic Organic Expo.
