The democratic pursuit of a common voice for organic
On 30 June 2020 IFOAM Organics Europe will host its 10th General Assembly (GA) online. During the GA, we will address important matters, including future strategies; our members will vote motions and elect the next IFOAM Organics Europe Board for period of 2020 – 2022.
We invite all our members to participate and contribute on shaping the future of our organisation! The participation of all IFOAM Organics Europe members to our General Assembly is a key part of our democratic process.

Every two years (2016, 2018, 2020, …) IFOAM Organics Europe convenes in its entirety for the General Assembly (GA). That includes members, Board representatives, council members, and staff. The General Assembly of IFOAM Organics Europe gathers members from all over Europe in the democratic pursuit of a common voice for organic.
During the GA, members review and decide on the general policy and direction of the IFOAM Organics Europe, including financial matters, Statutes modifications and the election of the IFOAM Organics Europe Board.
Our members will discuss and democratically act on important aspects fo our organisation and the organic movement, to guarantee a successful structure, able to face and respond to future challenges of the organic sector in Europe and steer the direction of the organic movement.
As a member of IFOAM Organics Europe you have the right to suggest changes within the organisation by submitting a motion that will be discussed and voted upon at the GA.
