They make it happen! Improving the sustainability of agriculture in the Puglia region

Organic contributes to promoting and delivering healthy and sustainable food. This is part of our Vision 2030 set out and shared by the European organic movement. As movement and sector, we are already leading the way towards its goals, together with food and farming actors across Europe.

Pastificio Attilio Mastromauro Granoro, or Granoro, produces a wide range of products such as pasta and tomato-based products. For this, it uses raw materials grown in accordance with Italian methods of organic agriculture. Granoro produces a pasta with 100% PUGLIA wheat. This initiative is inspired by a desire to enhance the sustainability of agriculture in Apulia and to strengthen the direct links between local farmers and consumers. Its motto is the attentiveness to environmental issues, local and traditional production, and valuing typical products.
