Welcoming our new colleagues
Caroline Formont
From May, Caroline joined IFOAM Organics Europe as Policy Officer on inputs and organic textiles. Passionate about sustainable and healthy food systems, Caroline has chosen to focus her career on advocacy to promote agricultural practices that are environmentally sound, socially just, and that foster vibrant rural communities. With an academic background in political science and European affairs, she complemented her studies with hands-on experience to better understand how farming systems work, notably through her work in a French Community seed bank. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors and engaging in handicraft activities, especially sewing.
