Your voice, your vote: General Assembly 2025!
We are pleased to invite all IFOAM Organics Europe members to IFOAM Organics Europe General Assembly 2025, the key decision-making gathering of our network. This year’s General Assembly (GA) will take place in hybrid format on 25 June 2025, 08:00-12:00 CEST, just before the European Organic Congress in Warsaw, Poland.
Key topics on the agenda
The General Assembly is your opportunity to exercise your democratic rights, engage in crucial discussions, and help shape the future of organic in Europe. The agenda includes:
- Political and Regulation updates at the EU level
- Approval of the 2024 financial report and 2025 budget
- Strategic discussions on the future direction of IFOAM Organics Europe
Exceptional format this year
The GA will be held both in-person in Warsaw and online, ensuring accessibility for all members. While online participation is available, we strongly encourage attending in person for deeper engagement and networking.

Submitting Motions
As per the IFOAM Organics Europe Statutes (Article 5.3), both the IFOAM Organics Europe Board and members can submit motions for discussion. The deadline for submission is 25 April 2025. Motions should be sent to membership@organicseurope.bio using the official template.
